Your motorhome must have a bulb out sensor. Becasue LED's draw so much less power than incandescents, the bulb-out sensor thinks the bulb is out and causes the circuit to hyperflash. You'll need to install a load resistor like # ALEDRST2B on each lamp. The resistor would plug inline between your existing PL3 plug and the lamp for a plug and play installation.
